The young girl in question is 13-year-old Bregoli, who along with her mum, appeared on 'Dr. Phil' in late 2016 to discuss her "out-of-control" behaviour. During the segment, she kinda threatened the entire audience to go outside for a bit of biff, coaxing them into said fight by saying: "cash me outside, howbow dah?" (loose translation: "Catch me outside, how about that?").
