Dennis Quaid's outburst was fake - Funny or Die prank: VIDEO + Ellen Pranks

That Dennis Quaid video of his losing his shit?

Fake!

Oh come on, you didn't fall for it, did you?

Footage of Quaid yelling on set went viral a few days, and many were questioning if it was even real. We know Dennis for his roles and his Ellen pranks (see below) but this…? It cannot be!
The beginning of the video features actual footage of US news anchors covering Quaid’s meltdown, and then shows a scene starring Quaid sitting at the same desk where he has his adult tantrum.
But… nope! All a set up. Here is the original video:

And the Ellen videos, starting withe original and best:

'Funny or Die': Aussie Hollywood Invasion

This is brilliant.

We all know Australians are doing phenomenal things in Hollywood. Nicole. Hugh. Naomi. Russell. And the rest. Take a bow.

But they're 'stealing' all the roles in Hollywood, darn it!

And so, those funsters at 'Funny Or Die' poke fun at the Aussies... in this way. Watch:

Funny Or Die: Between Two Ferns - Jennifer Lawrence, Naomi Watts, Christoph Waltz, Anne Hathaway, and Amy Adams

Now this is my fave kinda comedy: deadpan.

This web series from Funny Or Die, hosted by Zach Galifianakis, is awkward.com - and utterly brilliant.

Here [in ep 14] he interviews Jennifer Lawrence, Naomi Watts, Christoph Waltz, Anne Hathaway, and Amy Adams. Watch and seriously LOL:

Fifty Shades of Chicken - cookbook, video, recipes

Have you seen this yet?

The trailer for the new book 'Fifty Shades of Chicken'. Watch and share:

Here's a link about the book and where to buy.

Now that's food porn...

For now, the author plans to remain anonymous [F L Fowler is a pen name]. "I've been developing recipes for years. But this is the first time I've ever delved into this dark, forbidden side of poultry preparation," explains the writer. "And when it comes to sexing up a family dinner, a little privacy can be a good thing."

With recipes like 'mustard spanked chicken' and 'dripping thighs' - see pic below [click here for the recipes] it's begging to be flicked through...

Zach Galifianakis: AIDS 'Funny or Die' clip for ONE - public service announcement

Ah, this is brilliant! It's a just-released clip featuring actor Zach Galifianakis rallying people to fight AIDS in a new US public service announcement. It also features Sarah Silverman, Tracy Morgan, Chloe Moretz, Marisa Tomei and Isaiah Mustafa. Watch:

Zach and the team at Funny or Die (co-created by Galifianakis' co-star in upcoming movie 'Campaign', Will Ferrell) have joined with the anti-poverty group ONE to get the message out that people could very well see the beginning of the end of the AIDS pandemic by 2015 if everyone unites.

It's a powerful message with just the right amount of humour. Love it. Share it!

New Year's Eve - trailer and Funny or Die parody

Ah, that anticipation of seeing a movie you think you are going to love, based just on the trailer (exhibit A: 'New Year's Eve'):

But secretly, you know the story will be lightweight, the acting schmaltzy, everyone will resolve all their differences within 90 minutes, and many will pay to see it just to gawk at the all-star line-up and the blink-and-you'll-miss-it star cameos. And you will likely later watch it several times on Foxtel Showtime HD. (Okay, maybe the last part is just me).

American parody website 'Funny or Die' know this too.

And here is their very funny take on the trailer for the movie (yes, there are shades of the all-star cast flick 'Valentine's Day' here... same director, Garry Marshall):

Will you see 'New Year's Eve'?

And what do you most look forward to this New Year's Eve?

Or is it the most over-rated, highly anticipated, most deflating night of the year for you?
