In the series, Matt explores the diverse regions of NSW and Victoria, in search of the finest produce he can get his hands on, while learning more about the people who create it. With the assistance of locals he produces a menu for a one-off food feast.

With the Australian landscape as backdrop, you can't help but fall in love with food over and over again. I have always loved Matt's gentle persona on camera and his respect for the food he cooks with is evident in each shot.
