Messenger Collective Magazine: Launch Issue

A new mag has hit the newsstands... and I really like it.

Called 'Messenger Collective', it's produced and owned by Lisa Messenger, who is also editor of the title.

Here is the fabulous cover, with Austalian fitnesswear queen Lorna Jane Clarkson on the cover.

The majority of the magazine's distribution will stay within Australia, with additional circulation in 10 other countries including the US, New Zealand, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, the Netherlands and the UK. The title will initially be bi-monthly, and will increase frequency to monthly in 2014.

The focus of the mag is to bring readers the story behind the story of the individuals making an impact on any given industry.

Think game changers, thought leaders, rule breakers, style makers.

They aim to find out how and why their business evolved, with the intent to make being an entrepreneur an accessible dream to readers, and to inspire readers to bring their own vision, goals and dreams to life.

The first issue is a whopper - 176 pages, filled with 92 thought-provoking stories featuring incredible talent from myriad businesses and walks of life:

- The international contingent includes Guy Kawasaki, former chief evangelist for Apple and Dandapani, Hindu priest and world-renowned meditation teacher

- From Australia, Lorna Jane Clarkson, Bradley Trevor Greive, who is the author of international bestseller The Blue Day Book, jewellery designer Samantha Wills, lauded as “the breakout star” by The New York Times, Kate Vale from Spotify, and many more.

Messenger Collective showcases the coolest gadgets, trends and apps, as well as unedited opinions across fashion, technology, travel, eco, start-ups and investigative exposés.

Messenger Collective is on sale now, for $9.95 (and NZD$12.90, CAD$12.99, and USD$12.50)
