Kardashian Wedding: all the teeny, tiny details

For some, there are more pressing issues in the world.

Sure, agreed.

For others, the details are crucial.

And so, in the interest in serving the latter group, here are alll the teeny, tiny deets on what went down at the Kardashian/Humphries wedding.

Here goes:

Date: Saturday, 20th August 2011

Time: Scheduled for 6pm but the ceremony kicked off at 6.37pm (told you we had all the tiny details)

Location: Montecito, California – the estate of Google Executive Eric Schmidt

Kim’s dresses: all Vera Wang
For the ceremony – a custom-made strapless gown with full tulle skirt
For the reception - an ivory mermaid gown with hand-pieced chantilly lace appliqué on the bodice and a skirt with hand-cut organza petals intermixed with chantilly lace motifs and organza sprig embroidery;
For the after party – a crepe-back, V-neck satin gown with a circle skirt

Kim’s hair: an up-do with a diamond garland (set to be copied the world over)

Kris’s tuxedos: Ermenegildo Zegna tuxedo with a white lapel jacket and tie and black trousers; Kris swapped his white jacket and bowtie for black at the reception

Rings: Lorraine Schwartz wedding bands

Matron and Maids of Honour: Khloe Kardashian-Odom and Kourtney Kardashian

Bridesmaids: Kendall and Kylie Kardashian

Bridesmaids dresses: ivory Vera Wang (same for the mother of the bride Kris Jenner)

Groomsmen: Ermenegildo Zegna tuxedos (same for Bruce Jenner and Kris’s dad, William Humphries)

Ring bearer: Mason Disick (Scott and Kourtney's son)

Theme: black and white – all the guests were told to go still the colour scheme

Catering: Wolfgang Puck

Menu:
Starter – buffalo mozzarella and heirloom tomato salad with basil and "tomato chips"
Main – choice of hand-formed agnolotti with sweet corn mascarpone and summer truffles, or roast chicken with Yukon Gold potato puree, caramelised brussel sprouts and summer truffles
Cake – multi-tiered chocolate-and-vanilla swirl cake studded with chocolate chips

Music:
First dance – Robin Thicke sang his song “Angels”, then transitioned into “Let’s Stay Together”
Later, Earth, Wind & Fire played "September", and later still, a DJ spun tunes

Guests: stepbrother Brody Jenner and girlfriend Avril Lavigne, Lindsay Lohan with mother Dina and sister Ali, Eva Longoria and her BF (Penelope Cruz's brother Edoardo), Ryan Seacrest (also the Keeping Up With The Kardashians producer) and his GF Julianne Hough, Ken Baker, Demi Lovato, Kathy Lee Gifford, Mel B, Sugar Ray Leonard, Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds, Alan Thicke, Mario Lopez, Ciara, Joe Francis, George Lopez, Serena Williams, and entertainment reporters Lara Spencer and Maria Menounos.

Members of the New Jersey Nets (Humphries's team) were also given the all-clear to gather for the wedding, despite a rule that prevents teammates from being in contact during the NBA lockout. Jordan Farmar, Humphries's Nets cohort is in fact the guy who introduced the bride and groom.
