THE internet phenomenon of the year - so far - is this madness: the 'Harlem Shake'.
The Harlem Shake went viral on YouTube this month, in a video uploaded 'The Sunny Coast Skate' - five Aussie teenagers from Queensland. Watch:
Their video was a follow-up to a video by a YouTube comedy vlogger 'Filthy Frank' where - again - people dance to the song 'Harlem Shake' by Baauer.
As of 15 February 2013, over 40,000 spinoffs of the 'The Sunny Coast Skate' video meme have been uploaded to YouTube, generating a staggering 175 million views.
