Pyjamas in public: yes or no?

Okay, it's a topic that can't be ignored any longer: wearing your pyjamas in public. Have you done it? I have been tempted. And I may have had a pyjamas top underneath my sloppy joe [jumper, hoodie, etc] when my babies were young and I had to hop out and grab something, but it was likely to be long-sleeved top or tee I wear to bed and not an actual PJ part.

Go on, confess... have you? There are several Facebook pages either supporting - or hating on - PJ public wear:

  1. No, and I never would. I think it's disgusting and shows what a lack of self care and consideration for others you have. Why would the rest of us want to smell the fact you haven't had a shower and simply rolled out of bed and went shopping. I unfortunately see that now and think it's gross.

  2. I would never do an obvious pyjama out in public thing, either... what about those pyjama jeans... looks like they have figured a little niche in the market!
