The Sydney Bridal Expo has been exhibiting for a long time… in fact, this year is the event's 25 anniversary!
And now, at the Royal Hall of
Industries at Moore Park the Sydney Bridal Expo is happening all over again - on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 April
2014.

Brides-to-be will be able to experience four spectacular bridal parades by leading international and Australian
couture designers including Diane Lewis,
Rhonda Hemmingway, Azzaria Couture, Peretti, La’ Shika and Lazaro.
New York bridal designer Lazaro, whose designs feature in
Kleinfeld Bridal, home of ‘Say Yes to
the Dress’, will be presenting his stunning gowns on the runway for the
first time in Australia.
Also featured will be
elegant mother-of-the-bride looks, plus-size bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses
and divine bridal children’s wear by UK designer Nicki Macfarlane (Stellino Cute Couture for Children) who dressed
the four little flowergirls at the Royal
Wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
The irrepressible Henry Roth will be on hand showing off
his ‘real’ models and stylish bridal gowns in 'The Henry Roth Trend Report' daily
onstage at 1.30pm.
Leading hair and makeup
artist, Cameron-Jane Thomas will be creating modern, traditional and contemporary looks to complement
the gowns on the runway. Face and hair charts of Cameron-Jane’s exclusively
designed ‘looks’ will be available for brides and make-up artists to
purchase.
Grooms and their groomsmen also get a look in, with stylish menswear bridal fashion also on show.
The boys can also have a gander the 19 styles of wedding transport including the Rolls Royce, Mercedes,
BMW, Jaguars, Hummers, Chevys and more.
Renowned reception venues including Doltone House, Four Seasons Hotel Sydney,
Intercontinental Sydney, Cypress Lakes Resort Hunter Valley, Pier One Sydney
Harbour, Bayview Golf Club, Mercure Resort Gerringong, Peter Canisius House,
The Waterfront Function Centre and Zimbala will be on display to inspire
and provide information to couples to consider.
Before you leave, visit the 'Bubbles
Bar' for some champers.

This Wendy Lin creation for Peretti Bridal Design (Petersham) features:
- Sophie Hawlett lace (lace supplier of Princess Kate’s wedding dress)
- Approximately 280 metres of silk, organza and tulle was used to produce the gown
- The train is close to 10 metres in length
- The incredible number of beads, crystals and bling in general include 12,000 Swarovski beads/crystals; 20,000 beads/bugle beads and a further 20,000 combinations of soft and hard material elements
- The gown weighs 10 kilos and is worth $15,000!
