A slighly bizarro speech from an award recipient.
And at this year's Golden Globes, it was Jacqueline Bisset.
But she offers up a very simple, very valid explanation. One we can all relate to. She was hungry, and where was her meal, dammit?!
"Sorry it took so long. I was in a daze," Bisset said. "I was certainly surprised [to win], and I was completely out of it [just beforehand], thinking, 'Where is my dinner?' I still hadn't gotten the dinner I was expecting."
Word, Bisset. It's a good thing you didn't go the 'other' side of hunger... hangry (hungry AND angry).
