The day my skin was re-born. Beauté Pacifique take a l'il bow

Beauté Pacifique is a brand that has been around for eons (well, since 1997) and finally it has landed on our shores.

I had the opportunity to sample the amazing line recently and I jumped at the chance. Lord knows my skin needed some TLC after neglecting it of late (kiddies, deadlines, blah).

And I can report that this little beauty has turned my skin around.

First, a little more about the brand.

Beauté Pacifique is a Danish company that was founded in 1997 by former Novo engineers Flemming K. Christensen and Gunnar Svendsen. The company owners also own another corporation called Cortex Technology which develops and produces advanced medical electronic equipment for skin diagnostics. It is with this knowledge and experience with that led to the development and creation of Beauté Pacifique.

I was ushered in and introduced to a wonderful woman who knew her stuff when it came to skincare. Coming from a large cosmetics company, she joined Beauté Pacifique and was so impressed and believes in the product so much, she has never looked back.

After some quick analysis on my skin (I must confess to being 'terrified' and feeling a tad awkward - would she be able to tell my skincare regime was a low priority of late?) I came up trumps - at least on my supple arm skin. My face... mmm, not so much.

I was 'prescribed' the Beauté Pacifique Crème Metamorphique Vitamin A Anti-Wrinkle Crème - a daily treatment designed to diminish and prevent the signs of aging - and hooray, skin turnaround within days!

It is ideal for dry to normal skin, and it works to infuse the skin with two forms of Vitamin A Esters to rebuild collagen fibre structures and help rejuvenate the skin, within just five days. It kept its promise.

The Crème Metamorphique’s key ingredients penetrate the epidermis using a patented scientific method, leaving the skin soft and supple. Unlike other skin care products that rely on Vitamin A Acid retinols, The Crème Metamorphique safely delivers Vitamin A Esters directly to the skin, with no side effects on the skins surface – making it safe to use in sunlight and while pregnant.
