Yellow Tail Bubbles: reader competition

Now that is one BIG bottle of enjoyment, right there!

And as a reader of Josie's Juice, you have the opportunity to sample it!

The team at Yellow Tail have been super generous to readers of this blog. Read on for more.

First, a bit more about the wine.

The instantly recognisable Yellow Tail - with the distinct, wallaby-logoed bottle - is a firm Australian and international favourite.

The Yellow Tail Bubbles - featured above in a rosé, and below in a sparkling white - comes from the region of South Eastern Australia.

The Yellow Tail Bubbles Rosé is a delicious blend of white varieties, with a touch of Shiraz. The fruit is picked early and is handled as gently as possible to minimise skin contact and bitterness.

The wine is cold fermented to retain bright fruit flavours and then clarified. Using the modern Charmat process (tank fermentation) the wine then undergoes a secondary fermentation at low temperature in pressurised vessels to create the sparkling wine.

With an alcohol content of 11.4%, the flavour of Yellow Tail Bubbles Rosé has a soft creamy palate thanks to millions of tiny bubbles.

Each sip is full of strawberries and spice flavours. Enjoy it nice and cold!

The flavour of the Yellow Tail Bubbles also explodes with millions of fine, dancing bubbles, creating a fresh and creamy feel in your mouth, and the taste is like a fruit basket of lemon, lime and citrus flavours, creating a refreshing and soft wine with a light and crisp finish. Also enjoy it chilled.

Now tell me... want to win some?

The Josie's Juice reader comp (only open to those over 18, and excluding mothers who are pregnant and breastfeeding - sorry folks, had to point that out for legal reasons) is to celebrate Mother's Day this weekend, and Yellow Tail are giving away some plentiful Bubbles packs.

Each pack consists of three bottles of the both Yellow Tail Bubbles and the Yellow Tail Pink Bubbles. So, that's six bottles in total, with a total value of $60 for each pack.

We have four of these packs on offer, and all you need to do is tell me in as few or as many words are you like why someone you know is a fantastic mum, or why your mum is a brilliant mum. I'd like to point out that I know this time of year can be a sad one for people without their mums; this comp is for you too. Let me know what it is you loved about your precious mother.

  1. Hi! Thanks for the opportunity to win!
My mum is such a wonderful person; she had to deal with the tragic passing of my brother when he was aged only 12. My father suffered a nervous breakdown and severe depression as a result and had to be hospitalized. Mum, whilst struggling with her own grief, remained strong for my two sisters and I, and supported my dad until he was well enough to come home. All through life mum's taken me by the hand and danced me through life, even when life isn't a party. She is strong, beautiful, and the glue that holds our family together. I don't often tell mum I love her but this will show her that I am always thinking of her and she's always in my heart.

  2. Hi Josie!

I think an old school friend is a fantastic mum. She is raising two children, one with Asperger's syndrome. I am continually amazed at what she does as a mother (and I have some idea of daily life as I am raising a son with autism as well).

I don't know the circumstances behind her marriage breakdown but I think that makes her all that more special that she's doing it all on her own and studying at the same time.

My mum is pretty special too, she's always there for us when we need her and all her grandchildren love her to bits.

Thanks for the opportunity to win.

    Angela

  3. Mum's where would we be without them ?? In my case .... Lost !
Her support in the first year after I left my ex husband, was invaluable. She dropped off & picked up & attended school functions & preschool functions so I could still work & bring in much needed money. She has in the last 7 years been our greatest support & advocate, as well as an invaluable sounding board. She has taken her grandson to countless hours of speech therapy, OT, counselling & many other therapists as well. She's also my best friend !

  4. Despite all of mum's health concerns, she still manages to keep house. Now in her mid 70's, she has a new lease on life and is enjoying it to the fullest. She had heart surgery in January to repair 3 valves. Prior to the surgery, she could barely walk 10mt without feeling short of breath. Now she's like a new woman, adding years to her life and time to enjoy her 2 gorgeous grandchildren.

    We have our four winners!

All your words are beautiful and divine and heartfelt. Mummies - what can I say? They are life's biggest blessing... xx
